What is the two-step quality verification?
Each pair is checked twice:
Step 1 – Before shipment
Condition, stitching, shape, color consistency and packaging are inspected.
Step 2 – In hand
Once received, every pair is checked again manually.
Only pairs that pass both inspections are sold.
Pairs with defects are not released.
Are the sneakers in stock?
Yes.
All products listed are physically in stock in the Netherlands or Europe, unless stated otherwise.
We do not use dropshipping.
Why is stock limited per size?
We work with small, curated quantities to maintain quality and offer unique colorways.
Some sizes may sell out quickly due to limited availability.
Will sold-out sizes be restocked?
Sometimes.
If a colorway performs well, selected sizes may return.
Restocks are never guaranteed.
You can message us via WhatsApp to be notified if a restock becomes available.
I can’t find my size or color — can you order it?
Yes.
We offer Select Orders on request.
Send us the model, color and size and we’ll check availability.
Please note that select orders may take slightly longer than in-stock items.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours after confirmation.
Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes with conditions:
• Minimum order value: €400
• Available only in The Netherlands and Belgium
• Limited spots per day
Availability must be confirmed via WhatsApp before ordering.
